When branding Velora, a luxury mixed-use concept in the Pacific Northwest, we were tasked with bringing an elevated vision to life without final design or renders. The developer, seeking capital, asked us to dream and explore a brand that spoke to the sophistication and exclusive experience of their concept. Starting with preliminary land massing, we designed Velora to embody refined elegance and modern luxury.
