Partnering with Hearthstone to brand and market George, we leaned into the approachable vibe of the homes and community. We infused a sense of fun into the project by playing with the name (streets like McFly, Jetson, Curious) to appeal to homebuyers eager to buy and build community. Our strategy emphasized the modern, welcoming atmosphere of George, ensuring it resonated with those excited about joining a vibrant and engaging neighborhood.
